4. Payments and Refunds
Payments for sessions must be made according to the agreed schedule. In the event of cancellation, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided to avoid being charged for the session.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be available once lessons have been delivered. Any refunds issued will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend lessons on time, complete assignments, and behave respectfully during in-person and online sessions. We reserve the right to discontinue tutoring services if a student engages in inappropriate behaviour or consistently misses sessions without notice.
6. Online Lessons
Online sessions are conducted using secure video platforms. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring students have a suitable environment for learning. Lessons may not be recorded or shared without written consent from Excelia Learning Hub.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and effective tutoring services, Excelia Learning Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our website or tutoring services.
